Since the founding of Moore Grider & Company by L. Jerome Moore in 1956, the firm has closely adhered to the philosophy that quality professional services are best provided on a personal basis. Consequently, it has been the firm's policy to develop a close personal and professional rapport with clients, so as to reach a clear understanding of both the client and the client's business.

While the firm has experienced substantial growth to where it is now one of the largest local accounting firms in the Valley, the company has not outgrown its basic philosophy. Special emphasis is always placed on understanding and matching the individual needs of the client with the appropriate type and level of service.
